Supporting a Board Member with strategic priorities and decision-ready recommendations. Board-level briefing preparation and cross-functional alignment with HR, Legal, and Compliance required. Sabbaticals, remote work, and work from EU abroad up to 20 days/year.
Anforderungen
- Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in comparable, Board-proximate role, ideally within international corporate environment or renowned management consulting firm
- Proven experience preparing decision papers, management briefings, and presentations for Executive Board and/or Supervisory Board
- Initial exposure to HR, Legal, or governance-related topics
- Confident and professional demeanor, strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, structured and independent working style, high degree of loyalty and discretion
Aufgaben
- Advise and support Board Member on priorities and complex topics
- Identify decision needs and prepare management-ready recommendations
- Prepare and finalize decision-ready materials and briefings
- Ensure clarity and audience-appropriate messaging in executive documents
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with HR, Legal, and Compliance
- Ensure timely and fact-based input for Board-level topics
- Conduct analyses on strategic HR topics like headcount and turnover
- Prepare executive reporting on budget implications and reorganizational impacts
- Support strategic HR and transformation initiatives through PMO activities
- Prepare decision papers and track actions for governance coordination
- Support Board and leadership communication on sensitive topics
- Maintain consistent quality and structure in executive materials
