- Act as a point of contact within the Core Platform domain
- Connect teams to ensure effective information flow
- Coordinate alignment across domains and stakeholders
- Drive domain growth through hiring
- Onboard new talent
- Organize team events and workshops
- Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for C-Level
- Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for platform internal meetings
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects
- Lead and coordinate operational projects with cross-functional and international impact
- Drive initiatives from concept to delivery
- Ensure measurable outcomes for initiatives
- Provide direct support to the VP in day-to-day operations
- Provide direct support to the VP in strategic planning
- Provide direct support to the VP in administrative tasks
- Assist with project preparation for the leadership team
- Assist with documentation for the leadership team
- Assist with event planning for the leadership team
- Assist with coordination for the leadership team
- Track AI adoption across platform teams
- Unblock adoption barriers for AI initiatives
