As the Chief Information and Product Security Officer, you will shape the future of cybersecurity by leading a global team, defining strategies, and ensuring compliance with international standards while fostering a high-performance culture.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related STEM field
• •Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership and people management roles
• •Experience with regulations for critical infrastructure operators and digital product providers in EU, US, and UK
• •Clear understanding of main cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, IEC 26443, and IEC 62264
• •Experience with cloud and OT security
• •Knowledge and experience with DevSecOps and security testing methodologies
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Proven ability to coordinate and communicate on director level in a multinational group
• •German language is a plus
• •Understanding and experience in national implementations of NIS and NIS2 are a plus
• •CISM, CISSP, or CCISO certifications
• •Knowledge and experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies

• •Lead the cybersecurity department
• •Direct a global team of 10 professionals
• •Define and implement a cybersecurity strategy
• •Strengthen IT security frameworks and governance
• •Oversee risk assessments and incident response
• •Manage vulnerability assessments
• •Ensure compliance with international standards
• •Drive cloud security governance
• •Embed security in the SDLC and DevSecOps practices
• •Lead product security testing and threat modeling
• •Manage RFP security responses
• •Coordinate with SOC and security service providers
• •Partner with risk management on strategic initiatives
• •Report on security posture to the Supervisory Board
• •Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development
