- Provide technical customer support to global clients
- Apply plastics processing and chemistry knowledge to optimize products
- Transfer laboratory developments into practical technical applications
- Contribute creatively to next-generation product development
- Participate actively in shaping the global development strategy
- Conduct laboratory and pilot plant trials
- Perform joint customer tests alongside the sales team
- Execute patent research and formulation management in SAP
- Cooperate with internal departments and customers to implement projects
