- 3+ years backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related

- Strong command of Python or Node.js
- Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, async request handling
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt design
- Understanding of platform-specific limits, message templates, approval flows
- Experience with hosting and deployment (Docker, serverless, VPS, PaaS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to bot reliability
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to ship bots independently
- Portfolio or examples of bots built
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
Aufgaben
- Build bots for WhatsApp (Business/Cloud API), Telegram (Bot API), Discord, and Slack
- Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling
- Integrate bots with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for natural language responses
- Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs (booking, payment, content)
- Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform message formats (interactive, buttons, media)
- Review, debug, optimize, and refactor bot implementations
- Implement logging, monitoring, and recovery for production bots
