Anforderungen
- •BA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
- •8+ years’ experience in Category Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Go-To-Market
- •Understanding of the Compute & Storage market and digital transformation needs
- •Understanding of industry and market segment for consultative selling
- •Understanding of IT role in specialization and company solutions
- •Establishing professional relationships with clients
- •High service or product knowledge and professionalism
- •Deep knowledge of products and competitor offerings
- •Understanding of leveraging company portfolio against competitors
- •Ability to work in matrix organization and virtual teams
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Strong strategic planning and business management skills
- •Business proficiency in English and ideally German

- •Lead adoption of HPE Virtualization strategies
- •Execute channel programs and campaigns with partners
- •Serve as the Virtualization Software expert for partners
- •Support Partner Account Managers in business planning
- •Build consultative relationships with partner stakeholders
- •Understand partner business priorities and market landscape
- •Identify new Storage opportunities with partners
- •Report on partner performance and forecast accuracy
- •Take corrective actions to meet sales targets
- •Monitor HPE Hybrid Cloud sales behavior in the channel
- •Drive proactive sales campaigns with partners
- •Increase pipeline and share of wallet through sales efforts
- •Provide specialized sales support for strategic opportunities
- •Act as a BU escalation point for expertise and guidance
- •Join partners on customer visits to support sales interactions
- •Conduct coaching and debriefs after customer engagements
- •Accountable for new logos and technology refresh in channels
- •Articulate HPE Virtualization solutions to partners
- •Communicate business strategies to enhance partner sales
- •Develop knowledge of HPE Hybrid Cloud Software portfolio
