Anforderungen
- 5+ years of success in channel sales, partner management, or business development
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise software solutions
- Track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
- Higher education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Expertise in using CRM software for pipeline management
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Curiosity and high interest in AI solutions
- Deep understanding of different partner business models
- Proven track record in working effectively in a matrixed organization
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow relationships with third-party partners
- Identify and sell to customers through partners
- Register, qualify, and sell complex enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with VAR resources for sales and product training
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast for VAR business
- Analyze growth industries and trends in the target market
- Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership
- Proactively manage channel challenges and facilitate resolutions
- Communicate partner needs and market feedback internally
- Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market reach
- Create and implement joint business plans with partners
- Supervise and report on partner sales activity and performance
