Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field
- Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Systemic Coaching
- 5+ years’ experience in change management for large-scale transformation programs
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Proven experience in designing and coordinating end-user training programs
- Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving project needs
- Prior experience in international, multi-country projects
- Cultural awareness and willingness to travel within Europe
