- Full proficiency in English and German
- Experience managing or mentoring small finance teams
- Willingness to make significant individual contributions
- Familiarity with SME and/or start-up environments
- Strong command of Odoo software
- Confirmed right to work and reside in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Oversee statutory accounting and financial reporting per Swiss GAAP
- Manage Swiss tax compliance, including corporate income tax
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT and withholding tax filings
- Lead and develop a finance team of 1-2 people
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the finance team
- Manage workload and professional development for the team
- Manage relationships with Swiss tax authorities
- Liaise with external auditors and notaries
- Maintain banking relationships and statutory bodies
- Oversee cash flow management for the Swiss entity
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Execute month-end close processes
- Maintain and enforce robust internal controls
- Implement financial procedures in line with group standards
- Support Swiss-specific corporate actions
- Handle regulatory filings for Swiss entities
- Manage entity-level transactions
- Support restructuring activities
