Driving adoption of cell therapies for cancer and life-threatening diseases. 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience required. Field-based role with hospital setting experience preferred.

- Drive adoption and commercial success of Kite’s cell therapy portfolio
- Identify and shape customer needs to position Kite as the preferred partner
- Influence key decisions and accelerate patient access
- Ensure patient-centric service and consistent delivery against targets
- Execute focused account plans and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proactively identify and convert opportunities within target accounts
- Build and leverage senior-level stakeholder relationships
- Assess account dynamics and competitive landscape
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive account growth
- Take ownership of account performance and strategic execution
- Ensure seamless collaboration across field and internal teams
- Translate customer insights into actionable sales strategies
- Provide feedback to Commercial, Medical, and Access teams
- Represent Kite at scientific and professional meetings
- Maximize engagement and identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate execution excellence and compliance with laws and policies
