Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, warehousing, foreign trade, business, or comparable experience/education
• •Work experience in chemicals, enzymes, and packaging
• •Experience in a supplier or customer interfacing role
• •Strong stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• •Growth mindset and proactive attitude towards learning

• •Very good with numbers and strong analytical skills

Aufgaben

• •Monitor chemicals, enzymes, and packaging markets
• •Analyze supply and demand trends and pricing
• •Create reports for key internal stakeholders
• •Define medium and long-term sourcing strategies
• •Optimize sourcing options to reduce costs and drive value
• •Lead sourcing projects from demand assessment to contract closure
• •Request quotes and evaluate offers from suppliers
• •Implement contracts in ERP systems and inform stakeholders
• •Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining existing relationships
• •Manage day-to-day operations with vendors
• •Conduct quarterly business reviews with relevant functions
• •Perform supplier audits in collaboration with Quality
• •Support and lead global projects in relevant categories as needed
• •Prepare annual budget details with the FP&A team
• •Provide regular budget updates throughout the year
