- Develop and implement the Merchandise Financial Plan
- Build accurate Buy Plans at the option level
- Ensure key programs and must-haves reach full potential
- Align financial targets with bottom-up planning
- Manage Open-to-Buy forecasting by category, market, and price type
- Lead data-driven performance analysis
- Create transparency through inventory scorecards
- Support Sales & Operations Planning meetings
- Collaborate with Range Management, Sales, Merchandising, and Product Creation teams
