In this role, you will drive category growth by blending strategic assortment planning with hands-on merchandising, while acting as a vital link between local teams and the Paris headquarters.

Anforderungen

• •At least 3 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or similar commercial role
• •Strong understanding of product, brand, trade marketing, and sales principles
• •High analytical capabilities
• •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Strategic mindset and hands-on, execution-driven approach
• •Excellent communication skills in German and English
• •Strong organizational skills and agility

• •Own the assortment strategy and product lifecycle
• •Manage retail and e-commerce product lifecycles
• •Build strong supplier partnerships through business reviews
