- Experience using SAP

Aufgaben
- Procure packaging materials at optimal value
- Balance quality, cost, and delivery
- Prepare and implement sourcing category strategy
- Collaborate with category buyers and Packaging Sourcing Director
- Develop annual savings target and budget
- Ensure up-to-date savings tracking
- Conduct spend and market analysis
- Identify process and sourcing enhancement opportunities
- Manage procurement process for assigned materials
- Organize and evaluate bid proposals
- Negotiate best price, terms, and conditions
- Develop and update category planning
- Communicate changes in supplier and industry landscape
- Manage risk, capacity, and contingency plans
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance
- Support productivity, cash flow, and supplier reduction projects
- Engage in supplier compliance and innovation projects
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
- Participate in sourcing and category management discussions
- Provide category expertise and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Lead strategic sourcing for packaging
- Improve transactional buying process
- Assist Supply Chain with supply issues
- Manage quality complaints and supplier claims
- Update SAP system with supplier information
- Execute transactional tasks in SAP
- Initiate and follow through supplier creation and maintenance
- Ensure contractual terms with suppliers
- Integrate suppliers operationally
- Collect and approve samples
- Monitor contract implementation
- Handle special projects as needed
