Category Manager - Global B2B Procurement(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Technical experience in targeted areas, management, or equivalent
• Experience in consultative B2B sales and presales
• Technical knowledge of main vendor portfolios
• Understanding of Telefonica’s Procurement Model and Rules
• Knowledge of procurement systems and e-commerce tools
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
• Fluent English and Spanish, desirable Portuguese and German

Aufgaben

• Identify relevant leads in the sales funnel
• Promote agnostic procurement strategies to maximize benefits
• Support purchase processes for specific category strategies
• Manage purchases of medium technical complexity
• Analyze purchase requests and technical specifications
• Collaborate with budget holders to create specifications
• Prepare complex comparison charts for heterogeneous bids
• Homogenize product specifications to improve negotiation results
• Aggregate demand to optimize administrative workload
• Present purchase strategies and award proposals to committees
• Record purchase information in the ACM procurement system
• Implement strategies to improve negotiation and client satisfaction
• Manage the reception and analysis of supplier offers
• Foster electronic negotiation through e-sourcing tools
• Support the negotiation phase with vendors
• Optimize and manage the product line supplier base
• Maximize concurrency while maintaining quality and service levels
• Develop methodologies and best practices to add value
• Cooperate in creating the global procurement map
• Maintain and follow up on the spent scorecard
