Anforderungen
- University degree in finance, business administration, economics, accounting, or comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, business partnering, FP&A, or similar commercial finance role
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and translating into business insights
- Good understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
- Strong business acumen and ability to constructively challenge assumptions while building trusted stakeholder relationships
- Confident communication and influencing skills for explaining financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools experience is advantageous
- Fluency in English and German; additional DACH language skills are a plus
- No travel expected
Aufgaben
- Act as a finance business partner for Castrol DACH
- Provide financial guidance, analysis, and decision support
- Support planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Ensure high-quality financial input and transparent assumptions
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for leaders
- Prepare and present management information and financial reports
- Support commercial initiatives, pricing, and investment decisions
- Monitor profitability, cost development, and financial KPIs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Ensure aligned decision-making and strong financial governance
- Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting
- Enhance business partnering effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements
