Anforderungen
- University degree in Mechanical, Material, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with process simulation role
- Knowledge and fluent usage of MS-Windows and MS-Office tools, Excel
- Basic knowledge of polymers rheological and mechanical behaviour, viscoelasticity and viscoplasticity
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and signal manipulation, plotting, filtering, sampling
- Trainings in simulations codes like Moldflow, Moldex3D, Ansa or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of Computer Simulation codes like Moldlfow, Moldex3D or other CAD/CAE SW tools is a plus
- Programming tools: Visual Basic, Matlab, Python, Fortran, or others is a plus
- Experience with high complexity SW is a plus
- English (fluent) mandatory, German, Italian is a plus
- Team working ability, Collaboration skills, Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Ability to work by targets and comply with Company and Team objectives
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
Aufgaben
- Execute process simulation analysis on customer projects
- Assess design validity using LyondellBasell material properties
- Write technical reports summarizing process analysis results
- Discuss analysis results in meetings with customers
- Ensure process simulations for customer projects
- Follow team standard practices and communication procedures
- Handle and resolve customer CAE data support requests
- Collaborate on simulation methodology development
- Contribute to data management development
- Analyze big data and introduce into CAE-proprietary database
- Organize and update injection moulding data in databases
- Manage related xls-sheets, documentation, and interactions
- Support selection and evaluation of CAE software tools
- Verify software tool performances and issues
