- Strong software and coding skills
- 5+ years in dynamically typed and statically typed languages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- CAD system development experience
- 3D, geometry, game development, fluid simulations, rendering, CUDA or similar experience
- Experience in systems running in production under heavy load
- Educational background in mathematics or statistics
- Industry/Mechanical experience in CNC and related fields
- Hands-on experience in Frontend (e.g., Angular) and Backend development
- Full-stack development experience
- Familiarity with machine learning/deep learning libraries, such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and PyTorch Lightning
- Experience with industrialization tools for machine learning models, including quantization, ONNX, and Docker
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and pipeline development
- Expertise in processing, clustering, filtering, indexing, and querying large datasets efficiently
- Proficiency in automated model training and deployment
- Strategic data analysis and research skills, including statistical testing, error propagation, and identifying clusters or outliers
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS and Azure Cloud Services
- Strong database skills: SQL and NoSQL
- Deep understanding of data structures
- Familiarity with compiled languages like C#, C++, or similar

- Create data-processing solutions for 2D and batch data
- Design and engineer cloud services and APIs
- Implement automated model training and deployment
- Build and maintain tools for production systems
- Own services from proof of concept to production-ready

- Maintain and enhance optimization and machine learning services
- Improve 2D, 3D, and CAD tools and solutions
