- Fluent English (B2+); French or German (plus)

Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians
- Supervise and motivate up to 18 technicians
- Foster a collaborative work environment
- Assign daily work to the team
- Monitor task progress
- Verify tasks meet Jet Basel’s quality standards
- Liaise with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers
- Ensure work aligns with Tier 4 guidelines
- Ensure work aligns with Project Work Breakdown Structure
- Ensure work aligns with Earned Value guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Enforce environmental and safety regulations
- Escalate issues as the primary contact
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate workloads and schedules
- Optimize team productivity
- Meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular team discussions
- Provide recognition and feedback to the team
- Disseminate company and departmental communications
- Collect and report team feedback
