- Ensure collections fit financial framework
- Own the critical path for product development
- Manage all approvals and changes
- Guarantee sales, OMU, and timing targets
- Ensure collections meet quality, aesthetic, and compliance goals
- Ensure collections meet sustainability and financial goals
- Support Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Digital teams
- Guide teams on product presentation and promotion
- Align product presentation with consumer strategy
- Assess past performance, risks, and opportunities
