Anforderungen
- •Graduate degree in business-related discipline
- •At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Category Management, Vendor Management or Purchasing, ideally in retailing or the pet industry
- •Work experience in an international company
- •Experience in project work based on analytical and strategic thinking
- •Ability to unlock complex issues and work proactively on proposals
- •Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements
- •Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- •Strong influencing abilities and vendor management experience
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Facilitate interactions with the vendor base
- •Identify and onboard new vendors
- •Create items in the catalog
- •Negotiate contracts and terms
- •Manage promotional activities
- •Resolve operational issues, including logistics and payments
- •Develop and negotiate exclusive articles and bundles for Branded Accessories
- •Initiate attractive product presentations and brand content
- •Manage payment terms and cost structures in contracts
- •Audit vendor agreements for optimal terms
- •Drive strategic negotiations for category growth
- •Conduct market and competitor analysis for growth opportunities
- •Influence vendors to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
- •Provide feedback on existing programs and create new initiatives
- •Review promotional results and adjust strategies as needed
- •Create a prioritized vendor marketing plan to maximize margins
- •Identify vendor issues and direct teams to resolve them
- •Act as an escalation point for conflict resolution
- •Audit metrics and evaluate products to improve customer experience
- •Implement scalable solutions for customer pain points
- •Collaborate with teams to propose annual plans for vendors
- •Build a network within the pet industry
- •Lead cross-functional projects and engage stakeholders
- •Ensure robust process documentation is maintained
- •Seek feedback for personal growth and set development goals
- •Acquire new vendor partners to enhance the Accessories portfolio
