Anforderungen
- Commercial apprenticeship or business administration/sales degree
- Professional experience in technical sales
- Experience in technical/managerial leadership of sales team
- Key account management and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
- Strong communication, contract law understanding, number aptitude
- Business-fluent English, good German advantage, additional language bonus
Aufgaben
- Manage technical and organisational aspects of the wholesale team
- Develop and implement the wholesale strategy in Europe
- Ensure revenue, growth, and profitability targets are met
- Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities
- Conduct resource and project planning
- Set objectives and prioritize tasks
- Optimize processes, tools, and structures
- Maintain and expand partner relationships
- Negotiate and manage annual reviews and contracts
- Ensure excellent customer relations and long-term loyalty
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and business cases
- Collaborate closely with other business units
- Ensure smooth order processing and product availability
