- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as liaison between front office and 2LoD
- Perform 1LoD control activities and monitoring
- Manage documentation of front office controls
- Oversee remediation measures in AML/KYC, cross-border, and investment suitability
- Collaborate with front office for daily risk support
- Facilitate communication between front units and 2LoD
- Maintain business risk management framework
- Manage data collection and reporting
- Update control procedure documentation
- Prepare training materials
- Deliver communication materials
- Promote risk-aware culture in front office
