In this role, you will provide essential financial guidance for Service Lines, lead a team of project controllers, and support various financial processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams to ensure effective financial management and implementing improvements.

Aufgaben

• •Provide financial guidance for Service Lines in the Land Division
• •Lead a small team of project controllers
• •Conduct project controlling with the project controlling team
• •Support planning, reporting, and closing according to IFRS
• •Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the Regional Business Line Controller
• •Prepare monthly financial reports
• •Establish relationships with the business, project controllers, and finance team
• •Coordinate and manage end-to-end finance activities
• •Ensure appropriate accounting policies and financial controls are in place
• •Drive process improvements and maintain proper documentation
• •Shape finance controlling activities with end-to-end knowledge
• •Embed new ways of working within the organization
