- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Qlik or similar platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong sense of ownership with an analytical, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and German business language
Aufgaben
- Lead the development and execution of the CoE’s functional and communication strategy
- Establish effective tracking systems and communication channels for streamlined reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best-in-class analytics for accurate business insights
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports on staffing, hiring, budgeting, project status, and key performance indicators
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive operational process optimization initiatives and lead implementation efforts
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies to modernize and automate business operations
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and drive alignment
