Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• •Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related discipline
• •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• •Proven experience in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization
• •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Qlik or similar platforms
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Self-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• •Strong sense of ownership with an analytical, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• •Fluency in English and German business language
• •Willingness to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel

Aufgaben

• •Lead the development and execution of the CoE’s functional and communication strategy
• •Establish effective tracking systems and communication channels for streamlined reporting
• •Collaborate with leadership to implement best-in-class analytics for accurate business insights
• •Design and maintain dashboards and reports on staffing, hiring, budgeting, project status, and key performance indicators
• •Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• •Drive operational process optimization initiatives and lead implementation efforts
• •Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies to modernize and automate business operations
• •Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and drive alignment
