Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Risk Analytics, ideally in Payment/FinTech
- Very good knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting models, SQL/VBA and data analytics tools (Python/R preferred)
- Experience with IFRS 9, Basel regulations or comparable financial regulation in the payment sector is advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills; good database knowledge and data visualization skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English; presentation experience at executive level
- Proactive, driving positive change, taking on topics actively, showing what comes next
Aufgaben
- Conduct risk analysis, reporting, and monitoring in payments
- Develop and validate forecast and risk models
- Build and enhance customized reporting solutions
- Collaborate with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, and stakeholders
- Perform acceptance tests, production releases, and model backtesting
- Prepare decision-making materials for management and shareholders
- Support and lead projects with technical focus
