Anforderungen
- Career starter or experience in business development, eCommerce, or digital marketing
- Motivated, reliable self-starter with organizational skills
- Drive to win and personal development
- Willingness to become marketplace and eCommerce expert
- Strong communication, storytelling and listening skills
- Excellent English and German (C1-C2 level)
- Residence in Berlin or travel distance
- Willingness to work in-office twice weekly
- Availability for 32 hours per week
- Willingness to travel quarterly
- Valid German work permit or EU citizenship
- Bachelor's degree

- Develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies
- Secure sales with online retailers in the DACH region
- Achieve and exceed consistent sales targets
- Attend industry events and host partner dinners
- Organize and lead webinars and roundtables
- Build a personal brand on social media channels
- Showcase expertise at various expert events
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's tool
- Identify new leads and build professional relationships
- Manage the B2B sales cycle from first contact
- Engage professionally with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
