- Generate new business opportunities
- Build sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and social channels
- Identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify customer interest and uncover commercial opportunities
- Book and manage high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Ensure strong handover and clear context for sales conversations
- Develop and refine messaging for Kaseya’s solutions
- Position Kaseya’s solutions effectively in a competitive SaaS environment
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on target accounts
- Align on outreach strategies and campaign execution
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems
- Build understanding of Kaseya’s products, customers, and market positioning
- Lay foundation for progression into a closing role
