Anforderungen
- Success in B2B SaaS, sales development, or comparable commercial role
- Strong interest in outbound prospecting and pipeline building
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Excellent German and English communication (minimum C1)
- Confidence engaging and challenging decision-makers
- Strong discovery and listening skills to uncover customer needs
- High resilience, ownership, and drive in fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in tech-driven product environment
- Experience in hospitality, hospitality tech, SaaS, or similar background
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
- Additional Italian, Spanish, or French proficiency is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage inbound leads with speed and strong qualification
- Build pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings and opportunities
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Engage decision-makers in the hospitality industry
- Position Apaleo’s value proposition to potential clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives for high-quality handovers
- Leverage partner ecosystem to generate additional leads
- Maintain accurate data in HubSpot
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo
