Anforderungen
- Engagement and enthusiasm for technology and sales
- Work experience in sales or customer acquisition and in a high-growth 'scale-up' environment is advantageous
- Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a convincing, stringent approach to goal achievement
- Ability to handle and respond to objections and willingness to be coached
- Strong organizational skills and very good time management
- Passion for supporting companies in their growth and interest in the technology industry
Aufgaben
- Identify suitable companies for strategic customer acquisition
- Engage with potential clients using HubSpot leads
- Re-engage leads through calls, emails, and social media messaging
- Understand client challenges and determine HubSpot's suitability
- Communicate HubSpot's value to qualified prospects
- Generate interest in deeper conversations with Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with 2-3 Account Executives
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies
- Plan and schedule online product demonstrations
- Ensure monthly targets are met
- Apply sales methodologies like BANT to understand client needs
- Conduct market research to expand HubSpot's customer base
