- Implement selling strategies to identify leads and opportunities
- Organize site visits and sales meetings
- Present and promote GXO capabilities and operations
- Build and manage executive-level relationships
- Define and propose approaches to meet customer needs
- Collect customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ
- Prepare necessary documents for RFI/RFP/RFQ
- Prepare and propose logistics solutions
- Revert to a network of potential customers
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relations
- Solve customer problems
- Follow up on customer communications
- Prepare and attend client meetings
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Prepare sales department forms and reports
- Support marketing event organization
- Support trade show and fair organization
- Support meeting organization
- Ensure activities align with sector strategy
