- Strong project management skills, ability to organize and drive workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and convince
- Proactive, results-driven approach and sense of ownership
Aufgaben
- Manage the performance and growth of the customs solution
- Guide clients through prospecting to successful implementation
- Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to design custom solutions
- Contribute ideas to improve the customs SaaS application
- Work closely with the Product team to stay competitive and aligned with customer needs
