- Maintain exceptional customer relations
- Solve customer problems
- Follow up on customer communications
- Prepare and attend client meetings
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Prepare sales department forms and reports
- Support marketing events and trade shows
- Align activities with global/regional strategy
