Business Development Manager – Pharma Partnerships(m/w/x)
Identifying and qualifying pharma partners in dermatology for health tech startup. 1-3 years consulting experience with pharma focus required. Equity participation, steep learning curve.
Anforderungen
- Degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or natural sciences with excellent academic results
- PhD (ideally)
- 1–3 years professional experience in management consulting
- Life sciences / pharma focus in management consulting (ideally)
- Solid understanding of big pharma decision-making processes
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
- Initial experience in structuring consulting projects
- Initial experience in delivering consulting projects
- Passion for entrepreneurship
- Enjoyment of selling
- Eagerness to take on responsibility in startup environment
- Desire to build things from the ground up
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
- Willingness to work in Greater Berlin area
- Relocation to Greater Berlin area required
Aufgaben
- Research and identify potential pharma partners in dermatology
- Build a qualified pipeline of potential partners
- Support development of compelling consulting proposals
- Conduct needs assessments for pharmaceutical decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver pitch presentations
- Close deals with pharmaceutical companies
- Contribute to initial consulting projects
- Ensure excellent project quality
- Maintain and expand CRM in HubSpot
- Track sales activities using KPIs
- Work closely with CEO and clinical team
- Evolve initial projects into long-term collaborations
