- Convert leads to opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of accounts
- Submit monthly forecast reports
- Regularly update the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with presales and specialist teams
- Support customers through onboarding and implementation phases
- Ensure seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management
