Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related
  • 3–7 years experience in Business Development, Licensing, or Strategic Project Management
  • Solid understanding of licensing, IP, cooperation agreements, and pharmaceutical regulatory framework
  • Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Comfortable with commercial deep dives
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, dossier types, and generics/OTC products
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and credible at all organizational levels
  • Structured, proactive, and resilient
  • Able to manage complex projects and competing priorities under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and growth
  • Experience within international environments with structured processes and cross-functional interfaces

Aufgaben

  • Identify licensing, sourcing, and brand acquisition opportunities
  • Assess opportunities in the German and European pharmaceutical market
  • Conduct structured first-stage evaluations
  • Consider commercial potential, dossier type, regulatory pathways, and product complexity
  • Prioritize opportunities using clear criteria
  • Align opportunities with global BD strategy
  • Build robust financial models
  • Create forecasts, margin structures, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Prepare decision-ready recommendation papers
  • Support portfolio planning with market, pricing, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain and expand a network of suppliers, licensors, consultants, and brand owners
  • Manage early-stage discussions
  • Coordinate information exchange
  • Prepare negotiation dossiers
  • Work closely with Global BD
  • Provide analytical and commercial input for final negotiations
  • Support final negotiations and approval processes
  • Operate within Dexcel’s global BD framework
  • Use established HQ methodologies, tools, and governance principles
  • Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Ensure complete evaluations and smooth handovers
  • Support due diligence and internal approval processes
  • Maintain consistency and clarity across stakeholders
  • Assist with supplier onboarding
  • Support early post-deal coordination
  • Ensure seamless transition from deal signature to operational execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Track opportunities
  • Ensure transparency and alignment with global BD processes
