- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years' successful track record selling Drug Product Services
- Formulation Development / Commercial manufacturing experience preferred
- Established contacts in pharmaceutical organizations
- Excellent presentation and networking skills
- Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual
- Proficient in Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, Zymewire, and sales tools
- Ability to travel within territory, attend trade shows, team meetings

- Identify new molecule opportunities with clients
- Present value proposition and key differentiators
- Analyze funding mechanisms for small and emerging clients
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to generate leads
- Enable winning proposals and negotiate contracts
- Manage and update CRM database
- Record and share client information with stakeholders
