Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in a relevant field
• •Several years of experience in Business Continuity Management
• •Familiarity with BCM standards like ISO 22301
• •Strong analytical skills for risk identification and assessment
• •Strong communication and project management skills
• •Ability for quick problem-solving in stressful situations
• •Detail orientation in planning
• •Good understanding of IT systems in business continuity
• •Knowledge of ARIS is desirable
• •Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans
• •Conduct emergency exercises and tests to ensure readiness

• •Train employees on BCM processes and coordinate with departments
