- Degree in Business Administration, Business Risk & Security Management, or related field
- 2-3 years professional experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Crisis Management, or specialized consulting
- Hands-on experience with BCM methodologies (BIAs, risk assessments, continuity strategies, exercises)
- Solid understanding of NIS2, KRITIS, C5, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, BSI Standard 200-4
- Self-reliant, structured, and proactive working style
- Drive to take ownership and move processes forward
- Strong facilitation skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and motivate Business and IT units
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence
Aufgaben
- Support the Senior BCM Advisor in daily operations
- Manage the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Create and maintain BCM guidelines and processes
- Develop and maintain Crisis Management documentation
- Drive BCM lifecycle stages across departments
- Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- Guide Business Continuity Risk Assessments (BCRA)
- Support the creation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Plan BCM tests and exercises
- Moderate BCM tests and exercises
- Document BCM tests and exercises
- Champion BCM awareness
- Provide guidance to decentralized BCM leads
- Offer methodological guidance to product owners
- Guide coordinators on BCM process execution
- Conduct BCM audits
- Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with IONOS Group subsidiaries
- Align with ITSCM
- Ensure alignment with Corporate Risk Management
- Work with Information Security
