Anforderungen
- Degree in Management, Business, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or comparable
- 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management
- Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI C5 standards/frameworks (desirable)
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT dependencies
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level, fluent)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Structured, methodical, and quality-driven working style
- Personal certifications in management systems (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Operate and develop BCMS according to ISO 22301 and related standards
- Maintain and enhance BCM policies, standards, processes, roles, and templates
- Ensure BCMS compliance, traceability, and audit readiness
- Integrate BCM into GRC and ISMS governance frameworks
- Plan and facilitate Business Impact Analyses with business and support functions
- Consolidate and assess criticality levels, dependencies, and RTO/RPO requirements
- Ensure consistent methodology and quality of analysis results
- Quality assure emergency, recovery, and continuity plans
- Plan, coordinate, and document BCM tests, exercises, and scenario analyses
- Evaluate test results and track improvement measures
- Establish and maintain maturity, gap, and action tracking
- Prepare regular BCM reports for the Global Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Support internal and external audits, certifications, and customer assessments
- Provide governance-level oversight of crisis management activities
- Ensure operational crisis management and crisis leadership
- Manage operational responsibility for recovery and business restart
- Implement IT and cloud recovery solutions
- Design and execute technical recovery architecture
- Handle on-call duties and operational IT responsibilities
