- •Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking System
- •Knowledge of Aladdin Wealth Platform
- •Implementation of Wealth Management platforms
- •Experience with Aladdin Wealth and Avaloq
- •Knowledge of MiFID regulatory requirements
- •UK and Swiss investment regulations
- •Workflow analysis and optimization skills
- •Strong Project Management experience
- •Conceptual modeling and solution design
- •Knowledge of Agile methods and tools
- •Agile requirements design and documentation
- •Excellent verbal and written communication
- •Independent and proactive work standards
- •Management of complex, ambiguous situations
- •Flexibility handling multiple requirements
- •Degree in IT, Mathematics, or Management
- •Wealth Management platform implementation experience

Aufgaben
- •Support the Project Manager in planning and executing implementation activities
- •Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- •Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- •Translate business needs into models and technical specifications
- •Provide expertise in Wealth Management processes and platform capabilities
- •Support solution design and system integration with existing platforms
- •Coordinate test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- •Ensure platform stability, quality, and regulatory compliance
- •Liaise between project teams, vendors, and business units
- •Maintain clear, timely, and structured project communication
- •Manage vendors to ensure delivery aligns with requirements
- •Ensure compliance with Luxembourg, Switzerland, and UK regulations
- •Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports
- •Prepare user training materials and guides
- •Support business users in updating workflows
