- Good understanding of R&D technologies and Veeva’s platforms
- Good understanding of digital technology in health and life sciences
- Proven analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Highly efficient project management skills
- Facilitation of collaboration among team members
- Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders
- Effective communication skills in English and local office language
- Post-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, or MBA
- Experience with digital technologies and analytics tools
- Experience working with SaaS solutions
- Fluency in other European languages
Aufgaben
- Lead project workstreams for R&D consulting
- Plan, organize, and manage project delivery
- Ensure project scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines are met
- Design, build, and deliver project-specific deliverables
- Identify and solve customer problems proactively
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational inquiries
- Develop relationships through discussions, workshops, and communication
- Manage priorities and work of Associate Consultants
- Support and mentor Associates in skill development
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Provide industry, market, and functional insights to customers
- Contribute to business development opportunities and proposals
- Help create and share thought leadership content
