- Translate business requirements into standardized documentation
- Enhance reporting processes and data analytics capabilities
- Train business teams on analytics and digital tools
- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Lead functional analysis for TrafoSignature and Matterport projects
- Perform user acceptance tests and validation with key-users
- Update digital content on the company website using CMS
