In this role, you will support project management by coordinating development projects and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, assisting with budget tracking, and contributing to the industrialization phase for production readiness.

Anforderungen

• •Technical degree in engineering, production, or industrial field
• •2–3 years of experience in an industrial or automotive environment
• •Good understanding of development and serial production processes
• •Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills
• •Fluency in German and professional English
• •Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eagerness to learn

Aufgaben

• •Support the Project Manager in project coordination
• •Ensure communication between engineering, production, and quality teams
• •Monitor project planning, costs, risks, and deliverables
• •Assist with reporting and gateway preparation
• •Track budget and monitor costs and investments
• •Support customer activities like APQP and PPAP
• •Assist with build events and technical reviews
• •Contribute to the industrialization phase for serial production
• •Identify scope changes and propose corrective actions
• •Apply internal standards for efficient project execution
• •Promote team coordination and continuous improvement
