Anforderungen
- •University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
- •Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG Marketing or Shopper Marketing
- •Strong business acumen, including P&L and business case understanding
- •Proven experience across the Marketing Mix: Innovation & Launch Management, Communication & Media Planning, 360 Activation & Promotion, Analysis, and Strategy Development
- •Experience in an international matrix organization is an advantage
- •Holistic thinker with passion, courage, and a can-do attitude, able to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- •Fluency in German and English
