Anforderungen
- 4–6 years’ experience in brand, product, or channel marketing
- Proven track record in campaign execution, launches, and activation
- Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or mass-market channels
- Analytical mindset with market data and performance tracking experience
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong communication skills, translating strategy into plans
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented attitude
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% across DACH region

- Translate brand strategy into local marketing plans
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activation calendars
- Drive campaign execution across pharmacy, mass-market, and digital channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data
- Optimize brand growth and ROI
- Develop omnichannel content and activation strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies
- Create impactful sales materials and POS tools
- Develop customer activation plans
- Lead product launches and pack updates
- Manage product lifecycle initiatives
- Ensure smooth market execution
- Manage budgets and timelines
- Oversee agency performance
- Contribute to customer meetings and trade events
- Participate in internal planning cycles
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
