Aufgaben

  • Maximize value and performance of assigned Rx brands
  • Ensure strategic alignment and effective execution
  • Integrate priorities and requirements of DACH markets
  • Lead brand strategy and drive commercial growth
  • Foster innovation in marketing and sales channels
  • Ensure excellent brand execution at the local level
  • Activate multichannel customer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
  • Optimize brand performance and deliver value to HCPs and patients
  • Manage a single brand and one small brand
  • Operate in a multi-country environment (Austria & Switzerland)
  • Manage synergy projects in the DACH region
  • Oversee local brand budget as agreed with Head Marketing DACH
  • Localize and execute brand plans aligned with global strategies
  • Co-create brand strategy with Global & DACH Brand Leads
  • Translate global positioning into relevant tactics for DACH markets
  • Prioritize initiatives fitting customer needs and local healthcare systems
  • Drive digital transformation for marketing and sales
  • Define, develop, and execute digital marketing tactics
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance
  • Design and execute integrated multichannel marketing plans
  • Leverage field force, digital channels, and hybrid models
  • Drive omnichannel excellence for improved customer experience
  • Experiment with AI-supported tools and modern engagement approaches
  • Monitor brand performance KPIs
  • Drive corrective actions where needed
  • Contribute to life-cycle management activities
  • Forecast demand in collaboration with Supply
  • Ensure availability and aligned resource planning
  • Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and other stakeholders
  • Lead ALPS cross-functional team for aligned strategy and execution
  • Ensure timely localization, review, and approval of promotional materials
  • Engage with KOLs, key customers, and relevant authorities in DACH
