As a Bogie IS Manager, you will lead the development of ISR elements, ensuring quality and efficiency while collaborating with various teams. This role involves implementing management plans, promoting best practices, and continuously improving project outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •University degree or equivalent in engineering or related field
• •Experience in railway vehicle development or maintenance
• •Project management and planning experience
• •Business fluent in English; German or French is an advantage
• •Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage tasks independently
• •Excellent coordination and communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Lead the development of ISR elements for bogies
• •Conduct logistic support analysis (LSA) engineering
• •Create maintenance documentation and training materials
• •Develop special tools and test benches
• •Manage spare parts across tender and project phases
• •Define and implement the Bogie ISR Management Plan
• •Ensure execution aligns with quality, cost, and delivery targets
• •Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
• •Design effective ISR solutions in collaboration with other teams
• •Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
• •Promote standardized ISR practices aligned with international standards
• •Leverage project data to improve quality and cost-efficiency
• •Drive lessons learned by compiling REX reports after ISR work packages
• •Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice sharing
• •Create and maintain dashboards to monitor ISR work package performance
