- Perform safety and environmental risk analyses
- Implement and control defined safety measures
- Establish high-quality production documentation for assigned areas
- Apply state-of-the-art regulatory requirements to products
- Execute manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
- Evaluate test results and resolve production issues
- Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for manufacturing equipment
- Provide expert input for capital investment projects
- Oversee commissioning and qualification of manufacturing suites
- Implement relevant GMP documents for your area
- Train biotechnologists on specific product manufacturing
- Represent the manufacturing unit during customer audits
- Execute innovation and plant improvement projects
- Standardize technical and manufacturing processes
